Waterproofing a window

Hi there, we are just after someone who can help waterproof a window at our upstairs rental property, you won't need a ladder however a step stoll will be required to get to the top of the window We suspect that there is a gap on the triangular window which is causing a leak Note: the bottom window has been replaced with double glazing so I don't think that needs to be sealed
