Install new clothesline #2

Kia ora Last person did not follow through... We have purchased a new clothesline from Bunnings (Hills 45m Woodland Grey Medium Rotary Clothesline). We would love it installed where our last one was (photo attached). Unsure if it will fit insisting fitting so may need to be removed and then concreted again. Thanks so much Georgia
