Leak from roof (now fixed) has caused water to drip into window pulley system and pool at bottom of wall. This has resulted in the architrave around the window and skirting at bottom to swell and expand. Need architrave, jib and skirting to be removed. Any cavity/gap behind architrave to be filled to help with noise reduction, possibly add some pink bats to wall near window, replace jib and skirting. Ensure architrave and skirting matches rest of the room.
