Installation of mailbox

I have a corten steel mailbox just purchased and we have a rock garden area where we want the mailbox installed. Here’s what we got: --- The third picture shows that there are holes at the bottom which can be bolted on. Not sure if it’s best to bolt on to the concrete patio or embed it into the rock garden with steel poles to hold it in place? I have attached a picture of the home and have circled in red where we could install it. The driveway is not levelled as shown in the picture hence why the rock garden bay me the best location for installation.
