Ongoing work - Help fixing a few things around the house

We have a small studio unit in Brooklyn. It is a little older and was not maintained for a few years so there is a lot of small repairs or improvements that need to be done. There are a number of tasks that need to be done and we are looking for a handy person that is interested in having a few different bits and pieces to do (maybe to fill out small gaps in the week). We don’t have a deadline so there is no urgency for all of this to be done at once. Likely it will be a number of small jobs that can be done over how ever many weeks you orefer A sample of the jobs that are included: - putting curtain rails/curtains on some very tall windows (2m high) - spot repairs to a wooden subfloor - replacing or repairing door panels - clearing out some shelving and old furniture under the house to the dump - spot repairs so cladding around outside of the house - replacing hardware on the front door - repairing door downstairs plus new hardware - installing insulation under the floor (there is easy access).
