Shortening bathroom door length - Most urgent!
As the photos show, the door is touching the floor making it much too difficult to open and close. Would like some length to be taken off the bottom of the door.

Fireplace (repairing the hole left by gas heater removal)
Gas heater needed to be removed because of a gas leak. Left a hole as the photos show, which needs to be filled in. A metal panel (not pictured) is covering the hole on the outside of the house.

Wall socket repair
I think the socket just needs to be secured back on the wall. The socket still works.

Repair hole in drywall
The hole left by a tenant needs to be repaired.

Replace the rain guard on the front door
The rain guard does not do an adequate job of keeping water out of the house during heavy rainfall.
