Small section of Gib replaced, towel rail mounted, smoke alarms mounted

Hi, We'd like a section of Gib approximately 50cm x 50cm removed and replaced in a bathroom. It has several holes due to an incorrectly mounted heated towel rail, which will then need to be remounted properly. We have replacement Gib and can supply the new towel rail brackets and primer for the Gib. (Photos attached are from before one bracket broke, which pulled another partly out of the wall.) Bonus if you can also install two new Cavius smoke alarm mounts for us - simple installation with two screws each, but the ceiling is 3m high. The property is tenanted (with two small dogs too) and we'd like the work done after 2pm on a weekday. Easy access and parking. Thank you.
