Sealant removal and resealing sink area

We have a double sink wet area at our small business where the sealant has broken down and mould has started growing in the area. I did a big Exit Mould mission which has removed a lot of the mould issue but there is some old sealant which needs to be removed and the whole area needs resealing. Ideally this work could happen as soon as possible and in the early morning - from 8am or so with the work completed by 9:30am or so
