Replace 4 lots of dressings on outside windows

I think I have a small leak coming through the side of a window. From the outside - it looks as if the side window dressing has just deteriorated due to weather. There are 4 dressings that need replacing - one on one side of a big front window - one under other front window - 2 (under and side - maybe not the whole dressing, just the end bits where it has perished) of another front window that is over the garage We have just had double glazing put in and I thought the leak might be from that - but the double glazing guy thought it was the outside dressing bit - not the retrofit they have done. Will need a sturdy big ladder as windows are ground level of house but not at ground level. They are all windows facing the front of the house - but will need a ladder to get to the windows. One window is above the garage Also have 2 side gates that need to have hinges replaced - I will grab the new hinges - just need to get old ones off and new ones on.
