Install vented drier, gib patch & a couple other tasks

We have a few odd jobs that need doing, most urgently a drier installed in our rental before 31 March. we will have drier, brackets, venting kit, but a new install together onto an external wall. The other tasks are less urgent, includin * a palm sized hole in gib needing new gib cut to size, fixed and plastered ( we will paint) *making two wooden covers for stormwater drains *fixing the screws on some internal louvre doors that keep coming off and * some advice on best solution for replacing an external door on rental that due to southerlies hitting outside and tenant drying clothes inside, needs replacing (810 by 1940). tenant property is atached to ours...
