Fit towel rail, cornice and swing seat

Fix towel rail to tiled wall as it's come off. Fix decorative cornice back on front porch, that's come off too. Fix securely to bedroom ceiling (high stud) a swing seat for child. See instructions in photos, swing has parts included for this.
