General maintenance

Numerous maintenance / repair jobs in a rental property. Difficult to know how long this will take but a list of items are below. NORTHEAST BEDROOM -Faulty socket -Hole in window from rot WINDOWS -Several windows are in grim state from rot, old wood, and broken panes BATHROOM -Black mould on ceiling -Faulty extractor fan -Window needs new latch for fixing closed -Shower door needs a new plastic runner, current one is broken, leaks, and often comes off entirely LIVING ROOM -Hole in living room window from rot -Hole in one wall -Ceiling crack that leaks in heavy rain SLEEP OUT -Holes in outside wall under window -Mould along the windows GARDEN -Front gate needs fixing -Some fence panels to be replaced BACK DOOR -Loose knob
