Diagnose and fix leak in basement and in roof

We have a basement granny flat which has moderate amounts of water leaking in when it is wet. Looking for someone to work out where it is coming from and help fix it. Had a small leak in the roof which we fixed but this may have come back and may be related to the basement leak, also would like that looked at.
