Repair of a concrete column damaged by a reversing truck

I need to effect some repairs to a concrete column and attach two letter boxes to it. A truck backed into the concrete column by the side of a retaining wall on my property at 9 Te Wharepouri Street in Berhampore (see photos). I’d like the column made safe and repaired, the fence work re-attached, and the two letter boxes that were knocked off put back up. (The retaining wall doesn’t need repair.) The job needs to be finished by the end of March. Full payment at site on completion. The damage is on the street front, so easily accessible if you want to have a look. Thanks
