Garden hose extension

My garden, although small is on a slope over three levels and I need a garden hose system at the top with its own tap. Currently there is one outside tap near the house and a huge length of hose but it is a nightmare to drag this up to the top levels for watering. There must be a solution laying a more permanent length of hose to a tap on the top level. Thank you for considering this.
