Nailing down decking, painting where we can't reach

Hi, we would like someone to come around and fix a few things for us either before or after the holidays. 1. decking that needs to be renailed (single piece) 2. painting at top of one-storey house where we can't reach, requires very tall ladder. pain will be provided. 3. possibly restaining the small decking, depending on quote.
