Fix up jobs

Hi We are a family of 4 and looking at moving properties. Yet before we do, need a number of jobs done that primarily are tbe result of children and pets Looking for: Gibstopping (few holes in doors and walls) Rehanging some door and replacing some handles Sanding some wood areas Small new fence and gate Resealing broken areas in bathroom Garden clearance Hanging pictures etc Ideally pre christmas, but Jan also ok. Will pay good rates for speed
