A few small jobs

I need some rusty hinges replaced on a window, some putty or sealant put around windows where rain is coming in under the glass, some rot cut out of a door frame then filled, and some rot cut out of weather boards. And possibly a few other things I come across. Be great to get these done before Christmas if possible.
