Replacement of internal door handles

We have four internal door handles that we would like to get replaced. We can provide hardware but would like some advice on the best options. None of the door handles themselves need locks although one door is to a bathroom and has a separate sliding lock. Ideally we'd have this done before the new year - someone is home most days so we can be flexible on timing. Happy to provide more details if needed.
