Hills Clothes line repair. Repair of two panels around deck.

1. I need my clothes line tightened as some of the green plastic coated wires are hanging. Advice on whether I need to purchase more wire or if these can just be tightened. 2. There are two acrylic panels around the deck that were destroyed by wind. These need replacing . 3. There may be additional small jobs needed.
