Kitchen Help!

5 items: 1. Waste disposal - it is broken, and we’d like to get it fixed if possible. 2. Dishwasher door - diagnosing problem with door which doesn’t close properly sometimes, and finding replacement part(s) to fix the door to install if possible. 3. Oven - occasionally does not turn on/start. Would like to get this looked at/checked, to see if there’s a problem to be fixed. 4. Dripping bathroom tap - assistance to fix this. 5. Kitchen drain (in apartment floor) - any help / steps to eliminate odours in the drain.
