Fence Repair: unstable posts in concrete Of the 3 posts one needs to be bolted to concrete Base: post may need to be replaced The lower Post is rotten and needs to be replaced and set in concrete. I have some concrete and a concrete roller bowl for small concrete jobs such as the above. The task is to stabilise and replace at least one of three concrete posts and fasten the fence to post .
