- Installing a fridge freezer ice maker - putting in place a front gate - Installing toilet holder - Putting up an over spashback - Getting doors around the house to close better - Installing a custom build bike shed (for down an alleyway) - this is a maybe - Installing a better lock for back door - Attaching large furniture to wall (in the event of an earthquake / we have small kids Unsure of what to put as cost as requested below given the broadness of this work. Would welcome a discussion on tasks, timeframes and quality first and foremost.
