A bit of everything, should take 2 - 3 hours tops

Two small easy jobs to start. Place a secure hook in ceiling for dining room light to hang from (is on a chain but need it in a different position). Replace a roll up washing line in the carport. I have hook for ceiling and the washing line. Estimate both of these will take no more than 30 mins total to complete. Then the fiddly one. I need a second heated towel rack installed above my existing one. No electrical work required, but fixings will need to be extended by approx 11mm to have the new top rack on the wall sit flush with the existing one which is installed on top of tiles. I have the aluminium tube (square) and a dowel that fits inside to make the extentions, but nothing to cut them with. Not sure whether I will be hiding the second cable or not, but have another length of aluminium if needed. Along with the towel rail of course! Estimate 60-90 minutes to complete at most.
