Window Hinges, Latches and install a cat door

We need a general handyman to ease a few windows, fix a few latches and install a cat door into a timber door. If the job is a success we likely will have ongoing work of similar nature. Need it done as soon as possible, if you just let us know your hourly rate we will go from there.
