Access to charge electronic blinds (2 storeys high in a foyer)

Currently selling a property with electric blinds, they are not working and need to be charged. They are windows in a foyer which is 2 storeys high - i need someone that can access these for me to plug the USB charger in. Will need a very high ladder or a small mobile scaffold. Should only be a 5 minute job if you can access these.
