Clothesline Installation Repair

The framework that supports the clothesline has rotted, and needs replacing - before the clothesline comes adrift. (photo 1 & 2) The rotten span is 1.74m. The post at the other end has also split, and may fail in due course. (photo 3) I also have a hose "station" that needs a bit of repair (beyond my skillset). (photo4)
