• Replace two vertical wooden cladding boards either side of front door; add seal around 2x lounge windows (1st floor) and 2x bedroom windows (ground floor) to make weather tight; remove and make good rusty metal where porch was attached above front door. • Re-silicon three lounge windows and repair hinges on two openers to ensure safe opening/closing. • Replace capping to fence alongside house to front door • Cover access hole in deck with trap door (approx 81cm x 52cm) where there was a tree previously • Wash house walls to remove dust/dirt and make good various small rust patches (above windows and around kitchen area) • Secure glass in conservatory window (glass slipping due to worn putty) • Repair cracks in steps to front door with concrete, resurface path down the side of house and outside back door (approx 6m x 1.3m) • Repair cracks in spraycrete near small front garden • Block off hole in side of house near ranch slider
