Good morning, I have two jobs that are required that would be best suited to a general handyman. - The first is a small 200x200mm square that needs to be repaired in the gib board of a bathroom (cut as an access point from a previous leak) - The second will require some more investigation, we have had a small leak over the weekend where water appears to be getting in at the top join of a Bay Window and tracking down the window frame. I am hopping some sort of sealant/silicon can be used, however I am not in Wellington to have a look. Please let me know if these jobs are of interest and hopefully someone could do both while they are at the house. Please let me know times that you would be able to come (this week hopefully with rain forecast) and a rough estimate of co --- thanks Simon
