Hanging outdoor festoon lights

I have 3 x 4m sets of connectable festoon lights that I want to hang in my courtyard. They are plug in so no electrical work is required. They need to be hung off wire to make them safe and secure, see link --- Work needs to be completed BEFORE New Year, ideally before 15 December.
