Barge flashings to the garage roof need re-fixing back in place. Ensuring the flashings on the main house are in place also. Some roof fixings are loose on garage and house and need to be fixed. Downpipe bracket fixings to be sealed at cladding junctions Clear away ground level build up against cladding Replace rusted fixings the downpipe clips will need replacing, all downpipe clips will need resealing at the cladding junctions.
