roof leak plywood board to window frame

We have just moved to a commercial kitchen that needs a little TLC and landlord won't invest. there is a tear in the metal roof and we need it patch even if it is by glueing a piece of polythene sheet to seal the area as water in infiltrating in our storage room. We have a sheet of plywood that needs to be screwed on the frame of our storage door as the previous tenant has removed the roller door and we don't need a roller just need it sealed. Plywood sheet is there already. We also need a bit of plywood to be screwed in our kitchen as there are gaps where we can see the electrical and it's not flash, it's a small area maybe 1m2 or so. Finally we have a window with a broken piece of glass missing, we are getting a sheet of glass to a dimension but would be good to have it installed, simple over the existing glass and some putty to keep it in place.
