Ceiling clean/small weatherboard fix

Hi, We need some odd jobs done around our house. - [ ] Clean ceilings in all rooms ( 7 rooms total) including 3 bedrooms/lounge/kitchen/bathroom-toilet/laundry/some have mouldy ceilings - [ ] Attach new brackets on windows (2 windows) - [ ] Fix hole in external weatherboard (where tv cable comes out)/hole is approx 5cm x 10cm Thanks
