Skirting and floorboards

Hi there I am looking for someone to 1) fix water-damaged skirtings and floorboards in a bathroom and 2) polish a few boards using an orbitol sander and polyurethane them - they are underneath a new vanity and need to match the floorboards on the rest of the polished floor. Thank you
