4-5 jobs - lighting, picture hanging, maintenance

I have 4-5 jobs I need doing, as follows: - Pictures (maybe 20-25) need hanging throughout apartment. Concrete walls. A range of sizes. - Wooden wardrobe doors in 3 bedrooms need fixing so they slide smoothly. (I think they may require some kind of guide at the bottom which were removed when the place was recarpeted?) - A few issues with lig --- regular light in a cupboard is not working (changing the bulb doesn't fix it!), and lights in the lounge need to be replaced (they're up high and recessed so I'm unable to access or see what they are - see pictures). - Oven door not closing properly, and a couple of handles in the kitchen that need tightening. - There's a small piece of carpet that also needs repairing (see pictures). I have spare carpet. Understand if not all of these can be done by one person! If necessary I can readvertise some jobs separately, but would obviously prefer to get them done together if at all possible :)
