Window frame maintenance

We have several windows/window frames that need attention so that our windows open and close securely and as they should. Some of our windows do not open because the frames are swollen, some of our windows do not close properly (there are gaps between the frame and the window) and let cold air through. We are hoping that someone might be able to come and give our windows (approx 7) a once over and fix them up so that we can open our windows during the day, and close them tightly at night. All windows are timber framed. I have supplied a couple of example photos.
