Rail installation,

We are looking for someone who can install some picture rails, a bathroom rail, laundry rail, some hat hooks and a key lock. The picture rails will sit on top of the walls. The hooks will be in the porch, the bathroom rail on the window frame above the bath, the rail in the laundry will need to be cut and will sit over the dryer to hang shirts on, and the key lock will be external. I have everything here that needs to go up. There may be the need to cut some of the rails to fit particular walls. If possible early this week would be great, other arrangements fell through.
