External cap/protection for dryer outlet

We've fitted our dryer to the wall in the laundry - there was a hole already in the wall however we need the cap fitted on the exterior wall to prevent weather, rodents etc from getting in. I don't have that fitting but am happy to purchase prior to the job being done if someone can tell me what to buy.
