Plumber has installed new water mains pipe (PVC). I've buried half of it (i.e. from the road to the top of my driveway), I need the other half buried. Total pipe length remaining to be buried: Approx 20m. I will get the plumber to disconnect the water mains at the beginning of the day and reconnect it at the end, so it's important the work is completed in a day (i.e. less than 8 hours). Will need to be done during the week (Mon-Fri). Pipe needs to go down about 20-30cm below the surface. Minor complications: - There is one small tree stump in the path of the pipe (tree has already been felled). The tree stump will need to be removed. - Some of pipe path follows a moderately step gradient up to the house (grass) - On the remaining section of the pipe path, there is concrete below the soil. However, it probably won't be necessary to go any deeper than the conrete. But I want someone who can deal with concrete should the need arise. Will post photos up tomorrow.
