Floor sanding

We've recently removed all the vinyl and chipboard that covered the floorboards in our bathroom and kitchen - we tried to sand ourselves, but the residual glue from the chipboard is beyond our cheap sanding tools. We're looking for someone who can sand this to a sealable finish with the appropriate tools. We can apply the sealant ourselves. Bathroom is quite tight - less than two square meters of flooring. Kitchen is mostly open - about 5 sqm of flooring. Ideally we'd like to get it done before Christmas. Thanks for your consideration!
