General repairs - probably half day to 1 day

Need a wall repaired and painted (my plastering job is a poor patch). Need a hose reel attached to exterior wall of house. Need bike racks (already purchased) installed. Need paint touch ups around house (its a new construction - 1 year old). Need toilet paper holder re-fixed to wall/tile.
