1. We need fix a bedroom door as handle is not working. 2. Corner Lazy Susan cupboard in kitchen has become out of sync. 3. A post that supports a small exterior gate is loose and the gate is therefore not opening and closing on the latch without physically lifting the gate. I can send photos if needed.
