Remove gravel, cover ground with polythene

Hi I need someone to clear existing gravel under the house, lay heavy duty polyethene, secure/peg it to ground and return the existing gravel into the space. The objective is to reduce the amount of damp coming in the garage. Job time frame - next 2-3 weeks. Thanks Frances
