Ongoing basic repairs and maintenance. Current requirements include; - Toilet seat needs fixing, the screws are loose and seem to be stripped or something. - Kitchen mixer - the tap comes away from the sink and the mixer does not turn. - Kitchen blind - the cord has come off the roller. Upcoming work includes; - Some interior painting - Exterior tidying up on a regular basis. - Coordination of more complex jobs / requirements
