Various handyman jobs

Hi, I have a list of a few things that I would like done by someone more proficient with tools than I am. These include, 1. Securing two emergency water tanks to a wall ( strapped?) 2. Taking an existing TV and bracket down and replacing it with another. 3. Change the hinge orientation of the dryer door 4. Tighten a loose kitchen tap 5. ( This may need an electrician) but the dimmer switch in our hallway doesn't seem to work 6. Advice and quote on secure fencing at the back of our place to keep it dog proof... I'm away for work for the next week, so while i can respond via email I won't be able to meet until the week after....( so clearly this is not urgent) Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you.
