Repair windows

I have a number of wooden-framed windows (and a couple of balcony doors) that are sticking or difficult to close fully, some of which need new hinges and/or catches. I also have leaks around windows in my laundry and garage. My house is a solid two-storey wooden house built in 1960, with some brick cladding on the garage.
