Basement door/tap/light fitting

I have a collection of odd jobs. 1) Basement door has come off it's hinges. 2) Old tap in the laundry needs replacing, it is trickling water constantly 3) Bathroom light blew, it was not the bulb. We have a new light fitting to install. 4) hole in internal wall needs patching up.
