Garage and gate repair/repaint

Our garage requires the following repairs 1) replacement of rotten panels and repainting of facade 2) repair of holes in back wall and any suggested work to eliminate rot/mold at bottom of walls. Additionally our gate latch needs replacing and the gate needs repainting (likely in same colour as garage facades). Please see attached pictures for details. We would prefer this work completed in the next few weeks.
