Range of small jobs around apartment

Have a coathanger that has fallen off the wall, small hole in a wall from door handle that needs to be filled in, blind has lost its chain and either needs to be repaired or replaced and if possible a few lights need to be removed (we can replace ourself). Preferably to be done on the 23rd or 24th of September.
