Girl Guiding NZ Handyman

Our regular handyman for GirlGuiding NZ's property in Crofton Downs is no longer available. We are looking for someone to undertake monthly duties, which take one to two hours. The monthly duties involve a visual check of the building, inside and out, sweep back path, clear drainage channels, building warrant of fitness checks (test manual fire alarms, check fire hose reels, check fire extinguishers, check emergency lighting, check means of escape, check signs/notices), test smoke detectors, check all lights and change bulbs as required, general check of showers and toilets, check mouse bait stations. Additional duties spread over different months involve clearing roof guttering under trees, spraying weeds and moss around paths, washing building and windows, changing smoke alarm batteries (at daylight saving), clearing cobwebs from ceiling, replacing batteries door combo locks (annually), checking window and door latches, cutting back trees touching / hanging over building and deck.
